Didactic Activities

The training program lasts 1 year and it engages the student for a total of 8 weeks.

Main areas:

Propaedeutics, Non Syndromic and Syndromic Intellectual Disabilities, Microdeletion/microduplication syndromes, Cancer Genetics, Organ-specific genetic conditions, Management of genetic syndromes, Prenatal genetic couselling.

Lessons:

The period of 4 weeks will spent in formal lessons will be held in Siena, but you can partecipe via web using a "virtual room" with closed access.

Internship:

The other 4 weeks of the course will be spent in clinics, but you will have to spend only 1 week in Siena. It is possible to carry out the internship in one o more different centers prior approval of the Master Board.
